Starting with a structured black 100% Australian wool rancher hat, this piece is layered with distressed red and black bandana fabric, coordinating hat bands, and Western-inspired details. The front is stacked with playing cards, a vintage Western movie-style card, distressed fabric, a silver concho, and a miniature match bundle for an unexpected finishing touch.

Around the back, a poker chip and tiny playing-card charm carry the gambling theme all the way around. The brim is hand-branded with “ACES AND OUTLAWS,” making this hat unmistakably one of a kind.
